Database Builder
The database builder campaign allows you to advertise a designated shortcode so that the audience can text in to join a particular campaign. This is a simple way to build a database of registered individuals who have opted-in so that you can begin to market to them.
Text to Screen
Get your audience involved in a campaign using Text to Screen. They are able to send their messages, questions, feedback or other information via text to appear at a destination of your choice.
This type of campaign can be used at sport events, music festivals/concerts etc where a shortcode is advertised on a screen. The audience might send a question to the band which will be displayed on the big screen for everyone to see.
When the audience responds to a campaign, the inbound message can be forwarded to a destination of your choice through email, HTTP, or by SMS to another phone. It also provides the option to generate revenue by using the charged reply message.
This is a call to action campaign, where you advertise a particular campaign or product through existing marketing channels.
Text Broadcast
With the SMS broadcast campaign you can send out a text message to a subscribed database. Broadcasts can be scheduled to be sent out on a particular day or time of day. Whether this is a marketing offer, overdue reminder or news alert.
Competitions & Quizzes
Quizzes, competitions and promotions allow you to interact with a mobile audience, whether you are building a brand, or offering prizes to generate revenue through premium SMS.

These campaigns allow the audience to vote, voice their opinion, provide feedback and participate in a survey.
They are used to capture incoming messages and to then put the entries into different communities depending on the content of the message. It can quickly establish which are the most popular answers/choices, pick a single winner from correct entrants, or organise vote entries from highest to lowest.
Campaigns available are:
- Simple Vote - Users can text-in to participate in a poll or vote, an example would be getting a user to text in on a topical issue or question to get their opinion.

Mobile Auctions
Dialogue’s unique bid auction allows customers to generate revenue, interact with their audience, and raise brand awareness. The unique bid auction lets participant’s text in a unique bid via SMS. The option is given to offer the “prize” to the highest unique bid or lowest unique bid, and time limits can be set. Bidders are informed of their status when they place a bid; whether their bid was successful, matched, or whether they have been outbid.

Dialogue has other mobile interactive campaigns that can be used to engage and involve the audience.
Inbound MMS
Users can send in a MMS (Multi Media Messaging) message which can be forwarded to an email address, an HTTP/FTP server, and/or a media library. The media library can be made public therefore creating an instant MMS web-gallery. This campaign is popularly used for user generated content, getting the mobile audience to send in video clips, images, text or sound.
Voucher Promotion
You can run SMS voucher promotions to get users to text-in to receive a numbered voucher.
