In the USA a client is charged for sending a bulk MT SMS as well as receiving a bulk MO SMS.
To send a bulk MT message the cost is 1 SMS credit and to receive a bulk MO message this will also cost 1 SMS credit and will be deducted from the overall SMS credit balance.

When you sign up to the SMS for Bullhorn subscription package, you have the option to select from three territories. The territory you select will be based on where you are more likely to send most of your text messages to. International delivery is also available so you can deliver SMS messages to destinations outside your chosen territory.
Once you have purchased your SMS credits, Dialogue will charge you one SMS credit to send to your chosen territory and depending on which territory you have chosen will determine the SMS credit cost for international delivery.
SMS Credits Deductions for International Delivery
So for example, if you sign up to the USA & Canada territory and purchase 100 SMS messages, you will be charged 1 SMS credit to send a message to a USA or Canada mobile number, and if you send a message to a mobile number outside these countries your account will deduct 3 SMS credits.
