How can the SMS SuiteApp be used?


NetSuite user’s can send SMS messages from their NetSuite accounts. SMS messages can be sent to individuals or groups of mobile phone numbers using the two-way SMS broadcast tool. SMS messages can also be sent directly from the clients contact record.

  The two-way SMS functionality also allows your contacts/clients to reply back to the SMS they received on their mobile phone. All SMS messages sent and received are stored against the clients contact records.
