Our Pricing Plan Options:
- Pay monthly – pay a monthly fee for a number of SMS credits a month, the fee depends on the SMS price plan you select. The price plan can be cancelled or changed at any time. All pay monthly plans are displayed below.
- Pay as you go – top up your account with SMS credits as and when required. How much you pay for the SMS credits depends on the SMS plan you select and the number of SMS credits required. All pay as you go plans are displayed in the pricing plan table below.

If you are interested in the Dialogue SMS Widget for Zendesk Helpdesk, then SMS long numbers are required for the territories you wish to use two-way SMS functionality. Currently we offer two-way SMS long numbers in USA, UK and Australia.
Selecting the territory
If you sign up to the Dialogue SMS online product, you have the option to select from three territories, the territory you select will be based on where you are more likely to send most of your text messages to. International delivery is also available so you can send SMS messages to destinations outside your chosen territory.
Once you have purchased your SMS credits, Dialogue will charge you one SMS credit to send to your chosen territory and depending on which territory you have chosen will determine the SMS credit cost for international delivery.
SMS Credit Deductions for International Delivery
- UK & Ireland – 2 SMS credits will be deducted to send an international text message
- USA & Canada – 3 SMS credits will be deducted to send an international message
- Australia & New Zealand – 3 SMS credits will be deducted to send an international message
So for example, if you sign up to the USA & Canada territory and purchase 100 SMS messages, you will be charged 1 SMS credit to send a message to a USA or Canada mobile number, and if you send a text message to a mobile number outside these two countries your account balance will deduct 3 SMS credits.
